Abdhayyi Muhammad (AB Hayy) Executive Non-Independent / Group Chief Executive Officer AB Hayy, originally from Cairo, Egypt, is currently based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. He began his professional journey in the government sector, dedicating 10 years before opting for early retirement to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. His first entrepreneurial endeavor was Arta Solutions, a trading company specializing in sourcing and distributing products from China. AB Hayy later joined MEEDC Malaysia (Malaysian Entrepreneurs & Ecosystem Data Centre) as the Selangor State Ambassador, where he played a key role in establishing MEEDC Selangor Holding Berhad, a property and investment holding company. He further honed his expertise in the investment sector through his work with MDC Asia Link Berhad, a healthcare company he supported in preparing for Initial Public Offering (IPO). He also served as the Strategic Chief Officer at Arisprop Capital Berhad, a frozen nutrition company with ambitions to enter the stock exchange. AB Hayy now leads Karyaloka Sdn Bhd Group, which he founded with a group of partners. As Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on consultancy services in investment capital mechanisms and strategic capital markets, IPO preparations Includes expertise in business mergers and acquisitions, as well as company valuation techniques. The company also engages in video production and marketing activities, with plans to evolve into a public-listed entity in the future. AB Hayy holds a degree in Usuluddin from Al-Azhar University in Egypt and Successfully completed a distance learning program and obtained an Executive Bachelor of Business Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). Currently pursuing the highest level of education, a PhD Doctorate Honored in Teaching and Learning at Wilmington Metropolitan University. His professional development includes completing courses on IPO preparation (Advance Business Course) conducted by Precession Capital Berhad, advanced business strategies, leadership, and company administration.
